Service Description

Evolv Glutes is a low impact lower body workout. Working through large and small muscle isolation and isometric holds, combined with low impact exercises. This hybrid class will raise your heart rate to around 60% MHR and induce your lower body into a complete burnout. Whether you are looking for greater muscle definition or a long lean aesthetic this class is for you. Evolv glutes aims to lift, tone and sculpt your lower body. Expect exercises such as: bridges, squats, donkey kicks and lunges Equipment: mat, sweat towel, water to hydrate. Optional low weights (1-2kg) resistance bands and ankle weights.
