Turn up the heat in this full body circuit class. We set our circuit to challenge every area of the body repeating the same circuit to maximise strength and increase stamina. Expect to raise your energy levels and MHR to 80%, burning fat and calories is not a problem in this class. Expect exercises such as: Squats, press up variations, shoulder press, leg raises, bicycle crunch Equipment needed: Mat, sweat towel and water for hydration
