Expect to improve posture, define and lengthen muscles and increase flexibility through low impact exercises - This class targets the whole body to cement the foundations of a strong healthy physique, suitable for all abilities. Expect exercises such as: plies, knee lift and glute press and high plank Equipment needed: (Barre) high back chair or table, 1-2 kg dumbbells, mat, sweat towel, and water for hydration
